Sugar Free Pumpkin Brownies

Ingredients:

1 cup pumpkin purée, canned or cooked
1-1/4 cups whole wheat flour
1 cup Agave Nectar
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp baking soda
2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp ground ginger
sugar free pumpkin brownies
Directions

1.  Preheat oven to 375°F.  

2.  Spray a 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking pan with vegetable spray.

4.  Combine all of the pumpkin brownie ingredients and beat well.

5.  Pour batter into prepared pan and bake for 30 to 40 minutes, or until tests done. 

6.  Once done, cool on a wire rack and cut into bars

1/4 cup buttermilk
1/3 cup canola oil
2 tsp vanilla extract
2 eggs, well beaten
1/2 cup walnuts, finely chopped
