Sugar Free Pumpkin Pie

Ingredients:

3 cups milk
1 1/4 cup Agave Nectar
3 Tbs. flour
3/4 cup pumpkin
3 egg yolks and whites seperated 
1/4 tsp. cloves
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1/4 tsp. cinnamon

Directions

1. Heat milk to boiling point then let cool.

2.  Mix brown sugar, flour, egg yolks, pumpkin, and spices.  

3. Add cooled milk.

4.  Beat egg whites until stiff.  

5.  Add egg whites to mixture and beat ingredients together.

6.  Pour into unbaked pie crust at 450 for 10 mins. 

7.  Reduce heat to 325 and bake until done.

7.  Sprinkle with Splenda and cinnamon.

8.  Heat oven to 450 after putting pie in oven reduce heat to 350 bake for 1 hour or until filling is bubbly and crust is golden brown.
