Sugar Free Powdered Sugar
Ingredients:
1 cup granulated Splenda
(not the packets)
1 teaspoon cornstarch
Directions
Place cornstarch and Splenda in a food processor. Mix for about 1 minute on high. It will have a texture similar to powdered sugar. If it sticks to the sides, just us a rubber spatula to scrape down the sides. You may need to do this several times. Once it's fully blended just store until ready to use!
