Sugar Free Pecan Pie
Ingredients:
5 teaspoons Splenda
1 cup sugar free maple syrup
1 teaspoons vanilla
3 eggs
1 cups pecan halves
1/3 cup butter, melted
Directions
1. Heat oven to 350°F. Place unbaked pie crust in 9-inch glass pie pan.
2. In large bowl, mix eggs with the Splenda. Stir in syrup and melted butter then stir in pecans and pour into pie crust
3. Bake 40 to 50 minutes or until pecan pie filling has puffed and is golden brown.
4. Cool completely for about 2 hours and then store in the refrigerator
