Sugar Free Chocolate Cake Recipe
Ingredients:
2 1/4 cups flour
3/4 cup Agave nectar
3 tablespoons cocoa
2 teaspoons baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
3 tablespoons Miracle Whip light
1 3/4 cups water
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Directions
1. Blend dry ingredients together.
2. Mix together the salad dressing, water and vanilla.
3. Pour mixture into two 8 or 9 inch cake pans or one 13X9x2 inch pan.
4. Bake at 350 degrees until done.
* Please note: You may use a different sugar substitue, whichever you find works best, but the agave nectar is great for a more moist cake. If you use Splenda or Equal increase the sweetener by 1/4 C. and decrease flour by 1/4 C.
