Sugar Free Carrot Cake
Ingredients:
4 eggs
1 cup vegetable oil
2 cups flour
2 cups brown sugar Twin
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. cinnamon
4 cups grated carrots
Directions
1. Stir dry ingredients together and sift. Set aside when done.
2. Mix in the egg.
3. In a large mixing bowl, beat eggs then slowly beat in oil.
4. Gradually add flour mixture until smooth.
5. Stir in carrots to carrot cake mixture.
6. Bake at 350 for 20-35 mins. in cake pan.
