Sugar Free Berry Cobbler
Ingredients:
1 1/4 C. all-purpose flour
1/2 C. Splenda
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
3/4 C. milk
1/3 C. unsalted butter
1 1/2 C. fresh blueberries
1 1/2 C. fresh raspberries
1/3 C. Agave Nectar
Sugar Free vanilla ice cream
Directions
In a medium mixing bowl, combine flour, Splenda, and the baking powder and mix until combined. Add milk and melted butter sand stir but be sure not to over stir mixture. Grease an 8x8 baking dish (2 quarts). Spread the batter evenly into dish. Scatter fruit evenly onto the batter and then drizzle Agave nectar over the top. You can also use Splenda instead, whichever you prefer.
Bake the berry cobbler in a 350 degree F oven for about 40 to 45 minutes. It's really great served warm with sugar free vanilla ice cream. Would also be delicious with milk but either way it's a great refreshing sugar free dessert!
