Rhubarb Pie
Ingredients:
3 cups rhubarb-1 inch slices
1 cup Splenda
1/2 tsp. grated orange peel
3 Tbs. flour
A pinch of salt
One Douple Pie Crust
Directions
2. Mix all the ingredients together.
3. Line a 9 in. greased pie pan with bottom crust and fill with rhubarb mixture.
4. Dot with 2 Tbs. of butter.
5. Dot with butter.
6. Add top crust dotting with butter and Sprinkle with cinnamon and Splenda.
7. Bake rhubarb pie at 450 for 10 mins, then reduce heat to 350 and bake for 30 mins. or until crust is golden brown.
