Gooseberry Cake
Ingredients:
1/2 cup butter
1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 cup Splenda
2 eggs unbeaten
2 cups flour
Directions
1. Mix all the ingredients, except the gooseberries.
2. Add gooseberries after everything is combined. If you are using fresh gooseberries are used then increase milk to 3/4 cup.
3. Bake for 30 mins. in a greased floured 9x13 in. pan at 375.

1 pt. canned or fresh gooseberries
