Chocolate Cream Cheese Cupcakes

Ingredients:

Filling:
1 pkg. (8 oz.) Cream Cheese softened
1/3 cup Splenda
1 egg
1/2 cup sugar free chocolate chips

sugar free strawberry cake
Directions

1.  For the filling mix all of the ingredients until well blended and set aside.

2.  For the batter, mix all of the ingredients together until well blended.

3. Spoon half of the batter evenly in greased muffin tins.

4.  Top each with cream cheese filling.

5.  Spoon remaining batter over the filling and bake for 30-35 mins in preheated oven of 350 degrees..

6.  Once done remove the chocolate cream cheese cupcakes from muffin tins and cool on a wire rack.

1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
1 cup Splenda
3/4 cup water
1 egg
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt
