Berry Pie Recipe

Ingredients:

double pie crust
1 cup Splenda
2 Tbsp. cornstarch
3 cups berries

Line a 9 inch pie pan with one half of your homemade pie crust.  Place uncooked berries in next.  You can use any kind of berries, whatever your favorite kind are.  These could be blueberries, blackberries, raspberries, strawberries, or a mix of different ones!  Be sure to use whatever type of berries are you favorite.  With this easy sugar free recipe you really can't go wrong.  In a medium bowl, mix together the Splenda and cornstarch and sprinkle mixture over the berries.  Place the other half of the crust on top and pinch the edges so that it is sealed.  I like to place a few slits on the top of the crust to let the steam escape and keep it from bubbling.   Bake in a preheated 450 degree oven for about 10 minutes, and then reduce the heat to 350 degrees and bake for an additional 30 minutes.

**You really can't get much easier than this sugar free pie recipe.  If my dad can make it then you can too!
